My aim and hope is that with consistency of practice we can recapture the natural freedom and control in our bodies. Over each course you will be able notice and measure progress. I've designed the courses with all bodies in mind, whether you are new to movement and need to improve control and strength, or an experienced practitioner who can use this for conditioning and maintenance. Mobility and the various drills included in the programme allow us to work at our individual end range. So with the combination of breath work, yoga postures (active stretching) and mobility drills you can progressively reclaim and improve body awareness.

Course 3 - YOGA FOR STIFF GUYS
BRAND NEW: This 4-week program is just for men.
This is an online yoga programme for men. You get 4 classes, each 75mins long and designed to offer men a chance to learn how to stretch and relax and a safe and non-competitive space.
It's designed for all the stiff guys of this world. Weightlifting, running, cycling and long periods of sitting in a car or at a computer are just some of the things that can cause restriction, stress and tension in the body. This course will unravel restricted mobility, lengthen & strengthen muscles, help dissolve stress patterns, reduce the possibility of injury through sports, and increase your stamina.
Using a winning formula of mobility and yoga postures we explore our range of motion, flexibility and strength, the perfect tonic life off the mat. This is a progressive course where the activity is increased each class. By the end you will have a newer confidence and awareness
You will have access to 4 classes for life to practice over and over again. This is the perfect start to your movement journey.

Course 2 - BEGIN
6 easy to follow informative yoga classes (plus 3 additional classes), aimed at addressing bodies newer to this style of movement. Over a six week period you will explore foundational yoga postures, breath-led sequences and the basics of pranayama to gradually build strength, stamina and confidence in your practice. By the end of the programme you will have worked your way to a full 60 min yoga class, with a good understanding of class structure and how to co-operate with your body in the flow.
*Suggested: use the first three weeks of the course as a warm up, or as an individual session. Use from week 4 onwards when you have developed strength and confidence, and have a better understanding of your body's range.
Two additional Mobility Sessions Included:
Part one is an introduction to maintaining your joints and how mobility training complements the movements of yoga. Part two is an intermediate class, offering a more comprehensive and active mobility session.
BONUS Class
I have included a grounding practice for those days when you are lacking in energy and focus, and wish to take it a little easier with a soothing and relaxing class.
I'm excited to share this well-rounded introduction to yoga, which I have no doubt will leave you wanting more. Feeling prepared and confident, you can go out and explore what the yoga world has to offer.

Course 1 - Foundations
(includes access to all 6 x 1-hr videos)
A 6-week course combining mobility exercises and techniques with yoga postures. It is open to all bodies, allowing you to find release and reclaim your range of motion and energy flow.
This course is for everyone, whether you’re seeking more understanding of muscle awareness or want to decompress and connect body and mind. Each week we will focus on a different body part or movement, but expect a full body experience from each class.
The course will progressively become more active so you can grow into each week organically. If you already have decent control over movements then the course can be used as individual classes depending on your wants.

Course 4 - Morning Mobility
A 30-day daily morning practice, made up of 8 different practices for you to pick and chose from depending on your time and energy. We will try to establish a morning ritual that helps us start the day as energised and focused as possible.
